Pros
Great price and has been working flawlessly since initial setup. Highly recommended. What a fantastic piece of kit.
V2 version has two more fibre sockets than the previous version. Easy to set up but not as convenient as the unmanaged version. Great for connecting sonos and edgerouter lite and nas drives.
Performed as expected. Delivered without problems, works like a dream. Runs forever without the need to intervene.
Cons

Competitiveness
This unit solved a big problem for us: we have two buildings, separated by more than 100ft of cat5e cable.
I've always been a fan of the netgear prosafe switches, they are great units that just perform flawlessly.
The firmware needs updating, there is an update available from netgears website.
