Pros
Using a 1 tb sk hynix p31 and the same usb-c cable and the results were definitley on par with each other. The one thing i miss is the tool-less drive swapping. My only complaint is that it can't transfer files at full nvme speeds.
Enclosure looks really nice when plugged in and it's really small, so it's a great option for portable gamers. The rgb is a nice touch. The iridescent metal finish looks slick as well.
Rgb lights are nice and stylish. Just in case you find the colors too blinding. The inclusion of a button to turn off the rgb lighting is a welcome feature for those who prefer a more subdued setup.
Cons
When a drive gets ejected the only way to reconnect is to physically disconnect the connector and reconnect it back to the usb port. It's extremely distracting and forces me to turn off the rgb so it can stop flashing.
The only reason i haven't returned it is i bought it on a promotion pairing it with the sabrent rocket nvme. Don't want to take the risk of getting terrible merchandise like this. It's petty, but i can say that i lost sleep over this product.
Highlights
Quality
Top quality and experience every time as expected from sabrent.
Seems well-built and was easy to use.
Used dielectric grease on all components, even the activity led o-ring.
Many of these external enclosures have this design flaw.
Price
The only downside to this is the price.
Only way i would be happier would be the pricing, this device is not worth $50 just because it has rgb lighting on it.
The adapter / enclosure itself (unbranded) is probably $10 on chinese markets.
This one is inexpensive and again, it is very fast.

The item arrived in a timely manner.
Packaging/appearance

The thermal pad on the top mating surface is in the right place but has big holes in it corresponding to the screw holes for various sized drives with the practical upshot being that on a 2280 drive there are big holes over the chips

It is exceedingly unlikely that the drive will get hot given the limitations of usb being far lower than what the average gen 3 or 4 drive can do but may be a consideration at some point
