The switches work very well & have a nice feel to them.

A day after writing this, all the ports failed on the device.

0 extension cords and out of 4, 2 worked and 2 did not (and these are all from the same 3rd party provider).

Previous post:i got my unit in a bit ago, and was happy with it.

I contacted sabrent and their support people answered quickly.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging and presentation were awesome, everything was neatly placed.

I can't send it back if i wanted as i've tossed the packaging it came in.

It is simply a box in the middle of the power cable, which means that the power plug does not block 2 - 3 connectors on my power strip.

They did need the serial number of the hub, which is actually found on the box it came in, not the hub itself, curiously.
