Seems like the cord they sent me was a dud. It keeps disconnecting on its own and making crunchy noises. I also know it is an adapter issue as i have a cable to merge my mic and audio plugs.

Not much to say other than it works well for what i use it for with my pc, no static and quality is good.
Price
Microphone is typical inexpensive analog microphone i was using with other computers.
Competitiveness
Probably should have spent a few bucks more on the ugreen, which i have now purchased to replace this.

However when i try to use the micin as input for streaming from another devicesource i found that this is only mono and not stereo as opposed to the other comments here about this product
