There is an onoff button on the box but it turns off both monitors at the same time

Originally my computers vga port was hooked directly to a 720 line 3234 olevia tv that i use as my main monitor

When i got a 1080 line 4234 olevia i wanted to be able to use it as a larger screen 2nd monitor so i bought this splitter and inserted it between the computer and both tvs

I can see no difference on my main 3234 tv monitor with the splitter in or out
