The best part is that when im talking to someone else ingame they no longer complain of the constant popping noise that the analog headset was producing

The inline volume doesn’t control the exciter so you have to control it from the computer

This effect can vary from pleasing normal rock stuff like flyleaf rod steward pearl jam paramore was generally ok but real low end like regulate by warren g is too heavy but can be eq’d out with software by rolling off sub 100hz a little just duck the 64hz band in your itunes have the bass switch one pretty great sound from 40 headphones i think they are tuned to george benson strangely… i have never heard any headphones just sound as good as these did for himexternal noise isolation is outstanding and the microphone is passable no worse than the mic on my mac and more than capable for gamer chat

I have complained about headsets before in that the mic wouldn’t stay positioned and whilst this is ok it only has a marginal amount of variance however it didn’t make a difference here it picked up voice stuff with ease and didn’t introduce noise at all

I didn’t try the voice aspect in game because i have no friends but talking to my self and testing them in skype both on a call and listening back to my own recorded call they were fine
