The only downfalls i can think of are the fact that you can not change the colour of the breathing led on the ear cups and that it uses a usb

On the other hand the led isnt important as you dont see it and the headset is designed for a pc and you are usually next to a computer when using a pc

When i opened the box you could see that the headset was well protected and was not going to damage in shipping
