The sound is great - and the mic is too! The mute + volume * are essential and also work very well. The mute button is great if you are going to sneeze.
Cons
The software is *garbage*. Earcup size works for a child at best (painful for an adult to wear) flimsy plastic parts. Loud but a little fuzzy on sound.

Sound quality is amazing and the microphone seems to be good according to the person on the other side of the line.
-noise cancelling-usb plugcons:-the buttons for volume and mute can be accidentally pressed.
Earpiece portion is cheap material, not that comfortable.
Price
Love it, though sometimes i wish that the mic was a wire that i can bend but regardless i love it for the price

Works great a bit off on the midrange but for the price certainly good enough.

The only visible wear is to the faux leather on the ear muffs which revealed a functional cloth wrapper that encased the foam that surrounds the ears

The sound quality is good the over the ear parts are a little small which is good if you have small ears not so good if you have glasses

It wouldnt launch automatically on my windows 10

I had to manually go in and locate the windows 10 launch file and go from there

I find they are not comfortable to use with glasses the cushions are tight and press very firmly against the area behind the ears
