    First problem i thought was limited to skype but started popping up in other places

    Extremely heavy overheats rapidly had to remove for fear of burning my earlobes after twenty minutes of use sound is way too loud set audio across the board to 2 out of 100 and was still blasting my ears out

    Going to at least give it a 3 star rating because support was awesome and refunded the money spent on the headset
