The only thing that was a little annoying with this headset is that since the cable that it provides is really long it tends to get kind of twisted and the material on the cord is not the best also another set back is that the mic tends to fall down it doesnt hold the position that i place it at

Getting the drivers installed was not straightforward had to pop the disk in and search the folders for the windows 10 drivers

There have been times where i accidentally stepped on the wire so the headset was ripped of my head and slammed on the floor but i picked it still worked fineim just clumsy

For comfort i can wear this headset for hours on end without getting fidgety although past a certain mark the outer area of my ears get annoyed

As for surround sound i would say its 5050 and heres my reasoning if i want surround sound i have in a quite room if i am not i would need for the audio to be higher than normal
