Pros

The seat is springy and has not worn down at all. The cushion is super thick where it actually took some getting used to.

The wheels are not the roller skate type but they have held up very well. Assembly is easy, and the finished product is exceptionally strong.

I'm not a tilter but it seems sturdy enough to recline back. It feels sturdy and i can work comfortably all day.

Buy this lumbar support pad and cram it down the back between the mesh and the chair frame. I tend to slouch and this helps me not do that. The instructions aren't very clear on that, but the baseplate rear holes go under that backrest.

Sadie chair is just a dream. Replaces a high end office chair and does is 90% as good and at fraction of the cost. It's a decent chair and i would recommend it. Customer service is amazing and they sent me a new chair without any argument and minimal ... Read More

Cons

Hon is a scam company that has ruined their products while significantly increasing the prices. Hon claims to have a lifetime warrantee which they define as 12 years. Not much of a warrantee. I'm * and feel scammed/ripped off.
