Pros
Neem oil is effective if you use it properly. Worked great on our young citrus tree and our 5 year old peach tree. Great for spider mites and such but will not kill thrips.
To make a stout batch, do not add more neem but in fact add less water. One other consideration is the strength at which you mix your neem. A few minutes hunting and spraying did the trick.
The only problem is it stinks, but it might be the reason it works so well. It smells horrible but works great.
Cons
