Pros

Great addition to the garage. Holds 2 twin bed frames, 2 twin box springs, and 1 twin mattress. My garage door-hanging angle-irons are actually inside my hanging rack, so it's all awesome now.

Easy enough to install. Takes some time to assemble. Not difficult, just time consuming.

A single center ceiling bracket services both units for a cleaner and stronger outcome. The count on nuts, bolts, & screws are precise. The instructions show the person using a power drill to fasten the screw to the ceiling.

The product is excellent; my ordering skills are not. A few minor suggestions:1. Took advice from other reviews.

Cons

Installation is difficult. Rivet rivets that are to be seated in the keyhole should be replaced.

Buyer beware. I am really * off at this point.

This is a great unit at a great price (279.

For $200 we were able to add 320 sqft of storage to our 1 car garage without disturbing the cars.

Two units for ~300 bucks were advertised.

Would be willing to pay the $100 to have it installed next time.

Shipping

I contacted the vendor and they were very quick to respond and said they would get a shelf out to me immediately.

I bought and received only one unit.

The product was delivered way outside their indicated delivery window.

Even the shipping numbers posted on amazon don't match the box contents.

Packaging/appearance

Afterward i realized those pieces were in a separate box and got moved to a different part of my garage and i just hadn’t seen them.

Competitiveness

I definitely recommend ordering from saferacks instead of the other chinese made/provided racks available on amazon.

I bought two different expensive stud finders from lowe's which were absolute crap in finding the studs in my garage ceiling.

I had way more height adjustments then some of the other brands, and can handle more weight then i needed.
