Pros

This sparks joy! Took a long time to ship. Regardless, these racks are awesome. They look like they will last a lifetime.

The shelves are very sturdy and the chrome is actually not bad looking. A bit heavier (sturdier) than my other shelf.

I received 2sets of the 48"x18"x72" 5 tier on wheels with one shelf having one spot weld failure.

Shipping

Also it was delivered 7 days early!

Since the package was apparently lost in transit, keyo had another unit shipped out to me within a few days.

The replacement shelf arrived 3 days later.

It arrived and took two people to bring it into the house.

Packaging/appearance

We all know big packages can sometimes get damage on transit, but box arrived intact and everything inside was wrapped properly.

Arrived in perfect condition without any missing or defective parts.

Couldn’t lift the box and slide it out, packed tight, so cut open from top width and assembled from there.

My containers were stacked and moving several containers to get the one i wanted was a pain.

Competitiveness

Until now, the seville classics have been my go to brand.

This rack looks exactly like an older alera rack i have.

For future purchases i will return to the actual alera branded shelves and pay a little more.

If we decide that we need similar storage units in the future, i will most certainly look at units sold by fullfillment by eagle.
