Bug lockout zipper makes it easier to remove.

Cons

Mattress protector claims to be bedbug and dust mite repellent. Seems that lube from the tenant seemed to pass right through from the mattress protector onto the mattress. Not waterproof, feels like an old and cheap beach towel.

It's better to spend more money on something with higher quality as opposed to ruining your entire mattress. My money is wasted on this bad buy.
