Pros
I have a 2 inch foam mattress topper, and the cover actually fits perfectly when the topper is on. I can't attest to waterproof, but it has a soft top, isn't noisy to sleep on at all.
Bug lockout zipper makes it easier to remove. Zipped up easily, no snags, no rips.
Cons

It's extremely hard to find sheets or protectors for twin xl beds, and when you do they're so expensive you can't afford them!

We accidentally à ordered the wrong size but decided to just keep it when we saw the return shipping cost.

I had before this one another brand i paid 100$ and it did not come close to this one.

They are fine and soft and all that but they create a air bubble in the bed that could be annoying for some people
