Pros
The gate fits just under the railing of the banister. The locking mechanism is excellent and is pretty well childproof. The gate is incredibly stable.

This was easy to install and is quite durable and blocks the child.
We installed without them and a few screws are coming out.
This gate also doesn’t have a foot 'plate' so you aren’t stepping over something when the gate is open.
Packaging/appearance
Was looking was a wall mounted gate for top of stairs… this one is the best!
Then removed all the packaging and mounted the latch side, making sure it didn't bind.

Do not mount without proper drywall anchors or into a stud with proper screw

One has to unlock four locks on the sliding mechanism before being able to open the gate

Depending on what you are installing it to you may want to get your own screws if need longer for deeper install
