They are not waterproof, but breathe, so you don't develop mold and rust. No more muddy cat prints on my car. Protects the body from being scratched.

Product says it wind and waterproof which it’s not. No inner layer and thickness is slightly bigger than a heavy duty garden leaf bag. It's all in shreds in my parking lot.
