Fresh pasta (use 00-grade flour) is the meat of a vegetarian pasta dish. The pasta maker works as you'd hope for. Easy to use.

It’s sturdy & she used the vice to grip it to the work surface.
We are both really happy with it, it's sturdy, easy to use and makes great fresh pasta.
The instructions say you shouldnt wash it but just wipe after each use.
Its metal shell is strong and solid, so it should be very durable.
Price
I would say excellent price / quality
This is a good deal because the machine is great.
(pasta dryer is separate and quite cheap to buy on amazon).
It's ok for the price, sometimes the handle come off and is annoying, rather than that is doing the job.
Shipping
It works great and it came very fast.
Packaging/appearance
The pasta recipe in the box is perfect - 00 tipo flour and eggs.
Competitiveness
The model is completely similar to the vintage ones.
The adjustment settings are backwards (they go down instead of up as other brands but that's just cosmetic).

I bought it initially thinking it would be good for polymer clay but this is a proper piece of kitchen equipment and it would be very wrong to use it for anything but pasta dough

The cleaning part is tricky as you can’t immerse it in water so she used a dry cloth to clean it up
