Pros

The screen material itself looks as if it will hold up to cats on one side and squirrels on the other. Holds up very well to those anxious scratchers and better for big control. Kittens even sharpen their claws on it. Even our pug scratches it.

Easy to install, ships in a tube without creases. Will be ordering more to finish replacing the rest of my window screens in the house. Wish my weather stripping was made with this quality.

This is made of a sturdy plastic rather than a netting of my old screens. The material of the net is great quality and durable. This screen is very durable.

It's the one with the blue spool if you type. Getting the next size down spline might not be a bad idea for easier replacement. This stuff is way thicker so you'll need a finer spline but paying for new spline is worth it.

Cons

Real new yorkers are not handymen; they call the super to fix it. Would have looked terrible. Sure enough, tiny tears.
