Pros
The depth helps in keeping the stove clean especially when cooking foods that splatter. The pan cooks even on all sides with no burn for a tender ravioli quick lunch for two. It is a deep skillet that allows for a good amount of food.
Once cooled, i place silicone trivets between those that get nested for storage. They heat evenly on both my ancient electric stove, my modern ceramic hotplate and my induction hotplate. Cleans out very easy.
It's lightweight that what i'm used to. It’s thick & sturdy.
Got this as a housewarming gift for my friend. No complaints here. Well made. The price is fabulous too! Received my 2. Out of 5 stars.
Cons
The unit has some kind of carbon dust on the bottom that stained my countertops after washing. After washing, the dust stained the countertop.
