Pros & Cons
Pros
Every single time, this pot is a cinch to clean and nothing has gotten stuck! All you need is a soft sponge so it doesn’t get scratched. It’s so easy to use, cleans up.
Even though the handles have that kind of silicone or ergonomic coating, they heat up a bit. Used this plenty and have no complaints. The silicone handles are a nice feature.
This one is very sturdy and has some weight on it. It is much lighter than my other pots. I have these pioneer women pots and they're pretty heavy. Sturdy, cast aluminum construction.
Works with my induction cooktop. It’s evenly distributed heat and food can be cooked in very less oil. Food cooks fast.
Great for making stews, steaming, frying, and for making all kinds of boiled foods. Great size for cooking spaghetti sauce or even just the noodles. It’s great for making cheese sauce and roux.
Cons
The duxtop induction cooktop gives an error e0 (the proper cookware is not detected) when the pot is positioned on the cooktop. Fingertips slip under the handles and bam you won't type right for a week. The lid shattered.
Highlights
Quality
This pot is very nice and well made, sturdy…i like the quality and the size; can’t beat the price and it isn’t thin or cheap.
I read a lot of reviews on several different pots and am 100% happy with the choice i made!
Shipping
Box came dented (outside shipping box was in perfect condition) and the lid had a dent in it.
Competitiveness
Much more than expected for the price.

Note this type of material needs specific utensils when stirring food since it is best to use spoons that avoid scratches on the nonstick part so you can keep it longer
