I am some where between a 3e and 4e width and these thing fit like they were made for my feet right out of the box.

Right out of the box these fit true to size and felt like they were giving my feet a gentle hug.

Competitiveness

They are light, waterproof, and flexible but have enough support to carry a 50lb pack up rocky trails.

Going up hill, this top lacing kind of pushes me to use bigger butt muscles and less of my calfs (saves knees).

Only one reason i downgraded this from a 5-star rating and that is the lacing.

5-17-20i wanted to add that this supplier added 50$ to the price compared to others.
