Pros

Beautiful,very confortable and supportive. They fit as one would expect from a $134 pair of shoes. I like to believe those things will correlate to a strong, long lasting shoe.

They are very light, waterproof, and have excellent traction. Really effective waterproofing. The tread almost looks like car tire tread so you don't have to worry about slips or falls.

Pleasantly surprised. These are some of the best shoes i’ve ever worn besides my bk (british knight) sneakers from the early 90’s.

They are slightly smaller than the size i got which is 11’. After three days they loosen up and they still fit snuggly on the foot. The fit (11m) is spot on and the comfort level is very high.

They are roomy, but that is great for my toes. They are wider and much comfier on my feet. They have the power of goretex.

Cons

Unfortunately disappointing. I just hope this is not a sign of the direction salomon is heading. Disappointed in these.

These are incredible shoes for the price.

These were superbly priced and i could not pass them up.

I bought 2 more pairs when they were on sale.

Toe box is a little tight and had to clip a toe nail because it was rubbing.

Competitiveness

You can feel the quality compared to other brands like adidas and others.

Models with 'speed laces' are preferred-not the shoes to step in dog crap with.

I always throw out the factory insoles no matter the brand.

This model is water-resistant (note some other salomons that look similar are not).
