Theyre true to size and my foot doesnt slip or slide around

It also doesnt rub on the back and my toes dont hit the front when going downhill which had been a problem with my previous shoes

Now i would not wear these for hiking as i like to feel the ground under my feet

The are super sticky on the bottom so that one does not slip on the trail or conditions where a harder sole would slide

These do have the same pattern as my trail runners but the material looks a bit different so i don’t know how these hold up under rough conditions
