Highlights
Quality
Love the quality and colors they’re very comfortable to wear
I have used them quiet a lot in warm and cold climates over the two years that i have owned them and they are still holding up.
On my first walk with these i tried sliding in green superfeet insoles but they made the boots not fit correctly squishing my toes.
This is my second pair of x ultra 3, the finishing of the new shoes is poorer than my previous pair.
Price
I bought it over 2 years ago april of 2021 for $150 or so and worn as my only pair of boots.
I didn't buy my salomon hikers off of amazon, i purchased them at an outfitter discount store at half price.
Shipping
I liked the timely manner they arrived and are exactly what i wanted.
Packaging/appearance
Had spikes for ice as it had gotten packed on the trail and very slick.
Competitiveness
The boot height is slightly higher than similar brands, giving these boots better ankle support.
I found out that salomon hiking boots run small therefore before buying i tried on a size bigger and smaller.
