I usually wear fitflop sandals or fitflop clogs to baby this tendon.
As i work 5 to 6 days at 8 to 12hrs shifts i need good boots.
Hopefully these will last me another 7yrs.

One annoyance is the top layer of the insole on one shoe sometimes starts to scrunch up a little on long steep descents a nuisance if i have to stop and fix it

These boots in size 8 are a little too large bulky but not as stiff as the waterproof gtx

They did feel comfortable around the house but a little too loose even with thick hiking socks and too stiff compared to my leather mesh waterproof merrells so i ended up returning them and buying merrell womens moab 2 mid waterproof hiking boot
