Never had a chance to train in the shoe but was very satisfied with the performance and comfort

My only complaint is that the back of the shoe rubbed my achilles raw with low-cut socks on.

These have less padding than the more popular speedcross trail runners, but they are lighter.
I owned a few pairs of salomon speedcross 4 and loved them.

I like the shoes they were amazingly comfortable to run over rocks and just rugged area however i wasnt impressed with the string youre not able to tuck it in and it just hangs out and flops everywhere i even googled it and try to find out if theres a better way but there just really isnt
