Pros
Keep it in the fridge, shake the bottle, drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Can recommend. Store in fridge. Comes with its own measuring cup.
I love this product, it really makes differance to how i feel. Taste is a little celery-ish and strong herbal. Its very pleasant tasting and not too expensive.
Cons
Be carful while purchasing that product as you might be tricked into monthly subscription! Such a waist of money. Great for muscle pain but causes stomach cramps and diarrhea' 'not as pictured or described.

I still get the odd headache, but these respond quickly to ibuprofen, with the result that i can get on with my life.

Since taking floradix magnesium my regular 3 day migraines have gone.
I just recommend that you take this with some food-i didn't the first time and it gave me bad indigestion but with food, no issues.
