Pros

It is the greatest iron tablet i have ever taken. It is one of the few iron supplements that does not cause constipation. Grateful for this natural supplement.

Cons

Those tablets must be opened by pulling a tab on each square containing a tablet. Each tab must be on the same side of the screen as the tablet.
