Pros

This product was shipped and received in less than the projected time. Rated as lowest cost approved consumerlab.

These give me the ability to think and focus, without impacting my sleep like caffeine does. The 200mg same helps arthritis pain considerably, but 400mg completely takes it away.

Even if it’s right for you there is dosing and what time of day to take it. We both take it in the morning and it also helps us to wake and feel more alert. No side effects for me whatsoever.

Cons

Caused severe stomach pain after taking it. Didn't bring any results even after taking 4 tablets a day. Try puritans pride sam-e.
