Natural bell elderberry supplement is a good one. I try to keep my supplements b complex, vitamin d, and turmeric with pepper. Reports differ, but i think this dose couldn't hurt!

I have taken quercetin on its own before so i recognized the color though i did contact them first to make sure i hadnt received an incorrect batch
