Vitamin c (55 dv) and zinc (45. Dv) are a good combo. Lo compre para mi papa de 74 años. It is fun to rry new things, and this is part of my life-events to try new things.

Natural bell elderberry supplement is a good one. I try to keep my supplements b complex, vitamin d, and turmeric with pepper. Reports differ, but i think this dose couldn't hurt!
