I reached out to their service team and within 24 hours i had a response from a great guy named chow who really lead me through everything through multiple emails videos screenshots etc until i got it figured out

The listing for vox and sql do not show which settings are more or less sensitive from 19

I figured out the vox 1 is less sensitive and you have to speak louder to activate as compared to 9 that picks up every sound
