Sturdy, yet not too rigid. Great for knee rehab. It helps him stand straighter after working outside all day.

It works well and makes my shoulders feel great!

Good foam just know it still needs a cover which i will make.

Perfect size, sometimes the traditional foam rollers are just too big and uncomfortable.

Inexpensive but very valuable for my back!

Not a great value, but it worked well for rolling the back, even at 4" diameter and sawed off at about 16" to fit in a backpack.
