Pros

It helps him stand straighter after working outside all day. Gives good support. Sturdy product. Works very well.

Cons

It deforms with the slightest body weight and does not serve any purpose. For therapy, i'm better off with my harder six inch because it can actually roll. This one just flattens out. This new roller compresses so much it's hard to even get it to roll... Read More

Perfect for achy muscles and it even realigns your spine.

Good foam just know it still needs a cover which i will make.

Perfect size, sometimes the traditional foam rollers are just too big and uncomfortable.

Price

Inexpensive but very valuable for my back!

Not a great value, but it worked well for rolling the back, even at 4" diameter and sawed off at about 16" to fit in a backpack.
