Pros

The reacher is the best i have found so far. Who needs a foldable grabber for every day home use. I use a reacher about 15+ times daily, and this brand is my preference. Reacher is my saving grace for with my arthritis and carpal tunnel.

There's a magnet on the end that is useful for picking up lightweight metal items, such as scissors, barrettes, nail clippers. The fjngertips make it much simpler to pick up lightweight items.

Cons

After one month of light use the jaws no longer close all the way and the gripping power is week. The contact area for grabbing things is much smaller making it harder to grab stuff.

Buyer beware this will not do the job. It closes with what looks like small round elastic, which means to me it won't last very long. Sadly disappointed in this new one. Do not recommend.

The single jaw does actually reach to the end of the stick and presses against a foam block to hold trash.

Surprisingly nimble grabber never broke with a lot of use.

Price

For the price, it is definitely cheaper than blowing my surgery by bending further than i should.

Packaging/appearance

I was so glad to see the blue units available again and bought the 3 pack so i could have one available anywhere i needed it.

This is why i ordered the 3-pack, as i now have a grabber in each bathroom, one in the kitchen, bedroom and family room.

Competitiveness

Works better than any other grabbers i've used.

I bought a different brand and it didnt pick up much of anything.
