Samson c02 mics are amazing for the price. Specs are terrific for mic-ing hi-hat.
These are the perfect stereo pair of microphones for recording a choir. Also very useful recording acoustic guitar. They work very well as choir mics.
The case is nice & they come with wind covers when you buy them in the 2 pack. They come with a nice case that includes a windscreen and clip. These came packaged in a really sweet hard plastic carrying case and lined with foam.
My griping aside, these things do a borderline-acceptable job as overheads. They work well on an acoustic guitar, banjo, mandolin as well as cymbals. We use them for acoustic instruments and they deliver every time.
Cons
The difference is astounding bad. Kinda *. Will be returning.

These mics work perfectly and capture amazing audio of choirs, drum sets, bands, and anything in a theater.

The cost is very low for the pair.

I purchased these as a replacement for a shotgun mic in a large room hoping to eliminate some of the hollow echo effect shotgun mics are known for
