The wheels are amongst one of the best and easiest to maneuver. They glide, turn, and swivel very easily. The pull handles comes out seamlessly.

Cons

The material is super weak and hollow. Came all wrapped but had scuff marks like shown in the picture. It's only 28”x20” excluding the wheels and handles.
