I haven't had an issue with the zippers as i didn’t over pack them .

The zipper separating the two compartments in the large piece might not hold things like a suit etc

Just got off a 7 day cruise to alaska and decided i needed a suitcase upgrade as my old 2 wheel duffel would barely close on the contents returning

Ive read the surface scratches which is disappointing but a hard case that doesnt simply does not exist i think as the reviews on all the other models noted they did as well so just have to live with it i guess
