Pros & Cons
Pros
I like how the wheels are not fussy and spin in the direction i am going without lining them up first. The locks appear quite sturdy and would certainly deter a thief from making a quick grab from your suitcase. The name tag is a cool little pull out ... Read More
The samsonite is nice while a bit plain in its looks which some might find off putting. It is a bit on the pricey side but if it lives up to the samsonite reputation for quality it will pay for itself over its lifetime. Its also distinctive.
Samsonite's etude hardside carry on luggage is carry on compliant. This is the perfect luggage for the traveler who dislikes checking-in luggage. It looks good, it is small but spacious, and it has a cool little zipper lock.
The samsonite etude hardside is lighter than i expected. The suitcase rolls like a dream, even over gravel. Even fully packed the suitcase was light enough to easily lift on and off escalators and carry up stairs.
Cons
A bad review and they would get removed from the program by the manufacturer. This was based on 10+ other reviews on zipper based luggages from samsonite. The bag came with no keys only numbers and the size, by all means, is not 30.

The downside to a hardsided bag is it is not expandable and there is no outside pouch.
