When another suitcase not one of these models with nontsa locks was broken by tsa and came around the baggage claim opened and broken with my clothes falling out i immediately got on amazon from my phone at the airport and ordered one of these

As for the reviewers with broken wheels i think some people were just unlucky with baggage claim
