We were very pleased with the purchase.
That’s fairly common with most quality modern luggage but always appreciated by me.
I am disappointed with this 3 number locks.
Over all i'm happy with the product.
Packaging/appearance
As the airlines love to tell us when baggage is marked or scratched, the suitcase is there to protect the contents.
Competitiveness
My take:this is a well-made well-designed piece of luggage by a company that has been making luggage all my life.
-------------------having had soft sided luggage for years, i decided it was time to get some hardside luggage.

Compared to other carry on luggage it does seem a tiny bit small

With this even pressing lightly causes the shell to contort making it very difficult to close and if you do manage to close it you will have an extremely difficult time reopening it because the clasp gets hung up internally and wont release
