Pros
The maneuverability of the dual wheels is amazing. The solid double spinner wheels are durable and long-lasting. The wheels glide smoothly, making it easy to maneuver through airports and crowded streets.

The size lets me pack for 5 days in florida. Would be nice to have more compartments. Nice proportion sections allow for completely separate packing of shoes or dirty laundry.
Cons
Either quality is going downhill or the material they are using for manufacturing just isn't as robust as in the past. How pathetic is that! Very cheaply made for the price paid.
For one, i am unable to get the luggage open. However, this suitcase scratches and scuffs extremely easily. Unfortunately, doesn'tseem to cover scratches.
It is damaged and barely usable now. They want me to waste money sending it to them to repair, also most likely at my own cost, although not guaranteed that they can fix it.

It's a huge disappointment that the wheels would not hold up after 2 flights and 1 cruise.
Price
I was skeptical since i ordered it and was using it on a 3 week euro trip as my only luggage.
Shipping
I give 4 stars because of the misfire with first shipment; it arrived locked and i could not unlock it.
We bought 2 samsonite carry-on bags for a 2 week trip to italy that worked beautifully.
Delivery was a day later than expected.
Have a scheduled flight in 5 days
Packaging/appearance
Very well packaged and just as expected
Competitiveness
This is a very definite tough one but mars more easily than its more expensive competitors.
The only downside it that it is technically an inch or two larger than many airline's carryon size limit allows.
