The shape of the product is perfect for the lower back and it provides ample support as its not too far firm or not too soft either so it does provide the comfort that youre looking for however pov of being a petite woman its not really the one size fits all

In any case it pushes my lower back to far forward to the point that i have to slouch and lean back for my upper back to be in contact with the back of the chair
