Pros

This pillow has a lifesaver for me in countless airplanes, hotels, and other places. It's not a defect with the pillow; he seems to adjust the cord on one side and doesn't realize it until he's pulled the cord completely through.

The fabric is comfortable & cool. The material is silky, cold and warm at the same time. Loved the softness of the material on outside. If you travel alot checked bags are free.

It fits securely around the neck and makes sleep come easily. It gives my lumbar support on an airplane. It helps keep my airway open.

Cons

There was no way to adjust the firmness. It is also very hard to carry onto airplane - too floppy to hand-carry. It's bulky, so i couldn't comfortably lean back on a plane seat.

This is the best design for a neck pillow i have ever experienced.

Unfortunately, the wear and tear of daily use and flying around in a war zone wore it out and it started leaking beads.

This one can be adjusted and used as a long tube, or neck support, or across a horrific seatbelt.

Awesome price $10 for the cobalt blue colour.

I bought this item in a store about a year ago & used it on an 18 hour flight to africa.

I just want to say, the packaging has no instructions about cleaning.
