It helps me sleep comfortably on the bus or plane. The pillow meets my exact requirements. Comfortable and convenient.
The item is really great. Rare for these items. Love it. Perfectly satisfied with my purchase.

Quality
Excellent product, very comfortable and folds up very small.
Very soft fabric, wraps around more of my neck and is more firm than the memory foam neck pillows i've used.
Too bad the quality of manufacture is so poor.
It has this very strong bad smell, like an old storage room kind of smell maybe.
Price
Beats the hell out of paying $25-35 for a lower quality pillow from an airport vendor.
Packaging/appearance
I love how soft it feels and how compact it is which is perfect when packing light.
Very nice and exactly as seen on picture
First thing i noticed when i took it out of the packaging was the smell!
