The spinner wheels are awesome if you are at an airport where carts are not available lost my money for several years now trying to get a cart at frankfurt arrivals terminal and the machine would not release them

These are certainly basic cases but if you want the lining etc get the dlx version or the newer vaultex model

Although with such a small carry on case the capacity will be limiting not the weight so an expandable bag may do a better job and unless you get forced to check it the locks are not a big deal
