A supposedly sturdy suitcase. After my second travel the wheels starts to jammed. The construction of the wheels is not that sturdy.

The warranty is useless. It gives me zero confidence on their product and service. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Internal zipper and fabric divider are very thin and insubstantial. Inset, not painted on. Poor quality and was badly packaged for delivery.

The locks are really cheap plastic that seem to threaten to fail if forced. The address slot holds only the tiny piece of thin paper that's included, folded over onto itself three times. The combination sets easily, but the design makes it incredibly ... Read More

This bag is nothing like the previous one they sold, which was a tank and lasted me 3 years of hard travel. All three have the same cheap plastic construction that i wouldn't want to test with an overstuffed bag.
