The cover is soft and good quality.
I've ended up getting another of these pillows to go along with the first one i purchased because it is so good and effective.
This product makes sitting comfortable and the product maintains its shape does not flatten out like other cusions i.
I highly suggest if you've had a bbl that you use this pillow in conjunction with the bbl pillow.

I had some other devices or braces to help with this and they worked but were not nearly as comfortable

My only issue with it is that the strap to hold it in place is too short so it just sits on my seat and i even end up sitting on it causing it to flatten out
