Pros

The extendable trolley handles seem a teeny bit flimsier than other suitcases i saw in stores. The 360 degree wheels are a must for traveling and made it so easy to roll along with our stroller. It rolls and swivels so easily.

Main compartment is deep and roomy. Room to spare without using the extender zipper. Clothes plus bathing suit fit snugly in the front zippered pouch. Zippers are good quality but not as stout looking as some others.

This is the premier carry on. Fits in overhead. This is within the accepted 62 inch check in bag size. I am pretty happy with the size as my slightly larger carryon always feels a bit over the airline limit.

Cons

Suitcase is too small to fit all of your heavy gear in. The handle collapses without warning. It is not a 29” bag, it is 32” high.

Box has huge tear which truthfully wouldn't indicate previous use. The way the box had obviously been retaped gave more impression this unit had been used, returned and resold as new.

I cannot get over how smooth the wheels are on these suitcases, they glide across the floor!

Shipping

Luggage was delivered quickly and in great shape.

Took this bag everywhere on a 30 day trek through europe.

Delivery was a bit delayed, initially set for 18th, few hrs later notified delivery will be 24th, actual delivery was 19th.

Previous trip and no immediate travel planned.

Packaging/appearance

Have just packed it and was pleased with how much it holds.

I really like this for those trips where you don’t need to pack a lot.

Competitiveness

I still like samsonite, and recommend the brand.

Bottom line, either go to a travel luggage store to size compare and/or buy several bags and see how they compare.
